2. Your name, birth place, birthdate and birth time* .

3. Your partner's name, birth place, birthdate and birth time*. 

4. City for relocation report.(If applicable).

5. The Email account you want your order sent to.

Order information needed for numerology reports

1. Your Full Name(usually first, middle and last)(as shown on birth certificate)

2. Please provide your current name. Enter the name you use to introduce yourself in social settings(usually just first and last name)

3. Birth Date.

4 Same above for your partner

Note On BirthTime

All our reports can be generated without your birth time(usually on birth certificate), your report will be slightly shorter but still provide accurate and insightful information about you. If you do not have your birth time, please do not guess. This could produce inaccurate information in your report. Leave the birth time blank when ordering. Remember, numerology reports do not require a birth time or place.
